When Trump is dumped, the only downside is that we men-folk will no longer catch glimpses of his lovely wife as she strides demurely, three paces behind the Trumpeter's rabble rousing posterior. She prefers to return to her important position as costume jewelry designer for her line of bangles, unlike Bill's wife Hillary, who constantly meddles in politics.

Actually, some Republicans are thinking: "If we dump Trump, there are other candidates, that are even worse; take Hitler for instance. In fact rumor has it, he may still be alive and living in Argentina just waiting for a second chance to restart his racial registration profiling."

Donald Trump’s poll rankings confirm the angst more voters are feeling about him and his impossible promises and plans. Many are sick and tired of the inept, do nothing politicians found throughout our government, but rather than fix it in a reasonable manner, the disgruntled public is beginning to realize that what ails our country can not be cured with outrageous braggadocio of the irrational, irresponsible, ignoramus Donald Trump, a man who makes Don Rickles come across like Mother Teresa.

The whole world watched as the polls began demonstrating just how disgusted throngs of dissatisfied Americans were as they began taking out their frustration with the system. They were swayed by the person who is the least qualified and most divisive at a time when we need so much more. Americans demonstrated how receptive to change they are, but after watching Trump continue to blunder his way through event after event, they see the error of his ways and are regrouping in hope of finding a better choice. Sorry Donald, your slide has begun.

It is hardly imaginable that a country such as ours, founded under idealistic principles could deny its history and allow itself to be swept up by this self promoting world class braggart and radical promoter of hate.

His brassy manner and obnoxious "in your face" delivery, coupled with incredibly bad hair is reminiscent of other disruptive personalities of our times. We all have come to understand his coded representation of minorities and lower class people. Both Mussolini and Adolf Hitler come to mind, as they both had the ability to fire up the disenchantment that caused reason and compassion to be abandoned. The Fuehrer and Il Duce, his Italian counterpart understood human frailty and used it to take control of the hearts and minds of their followers. Thinking people can only hope that this whole chain of events is only a nightmare from which we will soon awaken,

Once in power, Hitler was able to unleash his fury on an entire race of people and the enslave others. He attacked and shut down the press and controlled the airwaves. Trump’s attack on the FOX News correspondent and the Latin American news agency was reminiscent of earlier events and should have sent a shudder up the spines of every American.

Picture Trump in the hot seat as Hillary Clinton was during a recent Benghazi segment. After 10 hours on the stand, she kept her cool and responded civility to her questioners. Now imagine Trump in her spot. His temper would flare and he might be placed in contempt by the committee. Not very presidential for sure.

The scene of one of Trump’s security operatives escorting the Hispanic reporter out of the hall could not have been more threatening unless his operative had been wearing the dreaded SS uniform. DT’s promised bullying and intimidating responses to China, Mexico and other interests bear resemblance to Hitler’s actions against Poland and most of Europe.

Where would his policies lead us if we were to elect him? It’s a scary thought. Picture the standoff and the frightening tension should he and Putin engaged in an inevitable atomic face off. It would make the Cuban missile crisis pale by comparison. How about a face off with North Korea's wacky despot with really bad hair, Kim Jong? Would you be comfortable with Trump’s finger on the bomb launch control? Imagine a nation that once sought to be a kinder gentler force allowing itself to adapt the bullying misogynistic tactics of Trump.

We may be due for a change, but a world based on Trumpian cowboy bravado is not the answer. Somehow, we all know it and await the coming of a reasonable leader. All men are created equal, except for The Donald. Heaven help us because with Trump at the helm. we can fully expect that "There be dragons" ahead. Be prepared to freshen up the bomb shelters your parents built at the height of the cold war.

While worthwhile candidates cool their heels in the backroom ante chambers, Trump triumphantly sucks in all the air and screen time, absorbing campaign energy and denying legitimate candidates time and exposure to explore and develop their own more logical platforms..Hopefully they are crafting legitimate policies of their own in a language that the average American understands. Trump does have legitimate talking points but his remedies leave much to be desired.

How about his tax plan. It's really not a plan yet. He ran out of napkins on which to write out the details, But from what's been leaked it will lower the taxes for practically everyone, except for the hedge fund guys and others at the top earning levels. It is an incredibly ambitious plan that promises every American not just a chicken in every pot and a mule to plow every person's 40 acres, the Trump plan I promises a huge flock of chickens, thousands of eggs, 4,000 acres and a herd of prized mules. In addition, it will lower the taxes for everyone. It's Trump Magic because what he proposes would be the single most expensive plan ever proposed with no burden on the public

Experts have determined that it would add trillions of dollars to our national debt, a bit of a departure from the conservative side. The Trump funds would come out of the increases in taxable income for businesses and individuals. Despite the cries from pundits that the plan can not work, Trump states with certainty that it will - simply because he is a very sharp business person. How easy was that for a fix?

Golly Mr. Donny, you are one smart incredible person. So what that you have insulted every ally and leader in the world.

Imagine how our international allies would feel if Trump, as president reneged on our nation's promises and loans just because he could legally do so. What kind of message would that send?
